Ooo liking this new site!!.. I've just got back from a leg sesh - training them twice a week now, Sundays high weight, low reps and Wednesday is low weight/body weight high reps.. Whats everyone else training on humpday!?
Cardio for me tomorrow! Im currently half way through cycling to Paris from Calais!.. 98 miles left! I Rowed the chanel, cycling to paris then climbing the eiffel tower before returning!
