    This is my first ever gym experience so I've been impressed by pretty much everything. Having lost over 3 stone in weight and wanting to tone up I thought the gym would be a nerve wracking experience but Impulse leisure Southwick is very relaxed with great, friendly staff and gym-goers alike. I'm now slightly addicted, in a good way :)
